Scope

This page describes information handled by the website at proxyunblocker.net and its browser-based proxy access service. The websites you open through the service have their own privacy practices. A proxy connection does not make a signed-in account anonymous or prevent every form of tracking.

Addresses and operational records

When you submit a website address, it is sent to the service so that a proxy destination can be prepared. Requests also carry technical information such as an IP address, browser information, and a session token used by the service.

Operational records can include submitted addresses, connection details, errors, and the generated proxy destination. The service also maintains usage counters for submitted addresses. These records support service operation, troubleshooting, and understanding usage. The service is not described as a zero-log service.

Do not submit private document links, password-reset links, or URLs containing credentials as browsing examples or support reports. A URL can contain personal information even when the visible page title does not.

Website analytics

When analytics is enabled, the website uses Google Analytics to measure page visits and interaction with the service. Website page-view information can include the page address and title, along with browser and session identifiers. Google Analytics may use cookies to distinguish visits.

Analytics on proxied pages is a separate feature. When enabled, the service can pass analytics identifiers into a new proxy session and count sanitized page views. That feature excludes query strings, fragments, access tokens, and the destination page's original title from its page-view fields. Sanitizing those fields does not mean all operational records or website analytics use the same rules.

Browser storage and your preference

The Controls for Analytics on Proxied Pages section below lets you disable that feature for new sessions started from this browser. The preference is stored in this browser's local storage. Clearing site data or using another browser can remove or bypass the saved preference.

This control applies to proxied-page analytics. It does not turn off all website analytics, erase existing records, disable the destination's own tracking, or prevent the technical processing required to provide the service. Browser privacy settings provide additional control over cookies and stored site data.

Support and external services

If you email support@proxyunblocker.net, your message, email address, and any details you include are used to handle your request. Include only the information necessary to describe the problem.

Hosting, proxy infrastructure, analytics, and support providers may process technical data as part of delivering their services. Third-party websites can also set cookies, request account information, or collect activity data under their own policies.

Retention

Different records have different lifetimes. Application logs are rotated; address usage counters, analytics records, infrastructure records, and support conversations are managed separately. Closing a tab does not delete all of these records, and there is no single automatic deletion period that applies to every system involved.

For a question about a particular record, its retention, or a deletion request, email support@proxyunblocker.net. Specify the type of information and approximate date involved without sending additional sensitive data. Requests depend on the records available and any applicable obligations; this page does not promise a deletion schedule that has not been established for that record.

Access and privacy requests

Depending on the rules that apply to you, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or limits on processing of personal information. Email support@proxyunblocker.net to make a request or ask who handles it. We may need sufficient information to locate relevant records and verify the request.

Updates

We update this page when the information described here changes. The date above refers to a substantive revision of this policy, rather than an automatically changing year. Review the current page before using the service for information that requires particular privacy safeguards.
